I am Rosalind Jenkins, designer, baker and decorator at April Bakery. April Bakery was established in 2011 after I found an new hobby in cake decorating, specifically cupcakes.

Fast forward 8 years and 2 children, and April Bakery is now a busy home business creating stunning cakes that look and taste amazing.

Using fresh ingredients, each cake is baked and decorated by hand.

I work closely with my customers to create bespoke designs to wow your guests.
